Thank you for visiting Demistermans online heater matrix shop. I would very much like to carry on delivering heaters to my customers for the whole of the Christmas period but unfortunately my couriers will not let me. I will be operating a limited service over the holidays as follows: Monday 23rd – Purchases before 2pm will be dispatched the same day to be delivered Friday 27th. I will then be making 2 further visits to the carrier over the holiday at very specific times so only orders received before the deadlines will be sent. Friday 27th - I will visit the courier at 11am, items processed and paid before then will be delivered on Monday 30th Monday 30th - I will visit the courier at 11am, items processed and paid before then will be delivered on Thursday 2nd Normal service is resumed on Thursday 2nd. The carrier i use is APC Overnight and the driver will require a signature so please be in to receive the parcel. If there is no reply when the carrier calls he will leave a card with contact details. You can leave me a message if you have somewhere safe for the carrier to leave your parcel or a neighbour who will accept delivery, a contact number is always helpful. Initial delivery enquiries should be dealt with at your local depot on 0800373737 any other enquiries will have to wait until 2nd January when i return to normal service Thank you for your custom and have a great Christmas and New Year
